The use of cross laminated timber (CLT) allows for larger, more open spaces while maximizing interior volume within a compact footprint. Paired with an insulated metal roof, the structure achieves fire resistance that is three to five times greater than conventional construction. The building’s balanced structural geometry enhances stability, helping it resist seismic forces and perform reliably in demanding weather conditions.
